ADSA Walk for Research and Awareness Sponsorship, Donations, and Registration:
Payment by Direct Debit:
1. From your online banking select pay anyone.
2. Make payment to BSB: 066140 and ACCOUNT: 1035 1900.
3. Email simone@asbestosdiseases.org.au with the name of the person or team you are sponsoring or if you are making a general donation to medical research.
In your email please also include the name and address for your tax deductible receipt.
4. Your tax deductible receipt will be sent to your email address or postal address (please indicate which in your email).
Phone Payment by Credit Card:
1. Call the ADSA office during business hours and your Credit Card payment can be made over the phone on 1800 646 690 OR (08) 9344 4077.
2. Please tell our helpful staff the name of the person or team you are sponsoring or if you are making a general donation to medical research.
3. You will also be asked for a name and address for your tax deductible receipt.
4. Your tax deductible receipt will be sent to your email address or postal address (please indicate which when speaking to our staff).
Payment by PayPal:
1. The PayPal link below will take you to PayPal.
2. When you make your donation it is important to include in the comments section the name of the person or team you are sponsoring or if you are making a general donation to medical research.
3. Please complete your name and address in the section provided so we can send you a tax deductible receipt.
4. Your tax deductible receipt can be sent to your email address or postal address (please indicate which in the comments section).
Payment by Cheque
Please make cheques out to ‘ADSA Walk’ and include a note with your cheque giving with the name of the person or team you are sponsoring or if you are making a general donation to medical research.
Please also include the name and address for your tax deductible receipt and your email address if you would like your receipt emailed to you.
